We know sometimes returns will be necessary…but they’re expensive, time-consuming and no fun for anyone so we encourage you to ask questions upfront about sizing, length, material, etc. by reaching out to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or through Facebook. We are here to make sure your shopping experience with us is perfect and don’t mind answering any questions. We want to meet your expectations and hopefully avoid returns.
Prior to shipping, all items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are free of defects and carefully packaged. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise you have 3 days from the time your item is delivered to let us know of any quality issues with your item.
We only offer refunds in the form of in-store credit. Store credit will only be issued if your returns are received back to us within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. If you purchase an item for store pick up, the 14 days begins when your item becomes available for Pick Up in store. If you purchase during our warehouse hours or event, it will be 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of our return window or do not meet the requirements. We cannot send it back for free.
SALE items are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned. If you have any questions on if your item is eligible for return, please ask us before you ship it back.
